Responsibilities: Development of check-lists for all equipment among the plant and implementation on-site. Development & application of the Quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9001:2000. Development of QMS documents (plant’s standards, working documents, etc.), national standards providing.

2000-2001 LAFARGE – VOSKRESENSKCEMENT . (LAFARGE has bought the plant 1997, plant uses wet process production with total annual capacity 2 200 000 ton at that time max. In fact there are 2 plants close to each other (6 kilns plant V1 - the biggest 5 x 150 m, and 5 kilns plant V2 –the biggest 4,5 x 130 m).

Responsibilities:
Process production ensuring. Control of burning process and kiln stability. Quality control of finish product. Technical support of kilns shutdowns. Refractory inspection. Clinker quality improvement (Stabilization of CaOfree).
2000. LAFARGE – VOSKRESENSKCEMENT. Acting head of cement grinding production V2. (Report to production manager).
Responsibilities:
Total management of the finish mills department. Administration of the shipping and dispatch. Management of 70 people team (mill operators, helpers, mechanics, process, bag filters mechanics, bridge crane operators, cement packaging machine operators). Cement quality improvement based on central lab results.
2000. LAFARGE –VOSKRESENSKCEMENT. Production management engineer of the new project’s engineer group. (Report to Technical director of Moscow headquarter (Algerian nationality)).
Responsibilities:
Production process technical support based on Lafarge experience together with process engineers. Analyzes of the quality results and process/production improvement afterword. Keeping contact & relation with CTS (technical center in Austria). Reporting to Technical director & to the technical center in Austria.
